<p>I would second nova10’s suggestion with Old Orchard. Stay away from Randhurst - I was there a couple of weeks ago, and other than Carson’s it’s pretty slim pickings. </p>
<p>My motto has basically been, if you can’t find it at Old Orchard or Woodfield, it might not exist, unless you’re willing to take the time to really, really look around at the smaller boutiques, which will require some major driving. There is a Betsey Johnson store, I think at Northbrook. However, having said all this, when it comes to prom dresses, it’s the one area I have been impressed with the larger Carsons. For some reason, every year, they make room for more prom dresses than any other store, and if you find one you like but they don’t have it in your size, another Carson’s inevitably has it.</p>
