You really do if you are asking strangers for advice about this very personal thing. Ask yourself: Why is Yale asking this? Then act upon that. If you’re looking for suggestions from others, then I would say you are seriously deficient at self-reflection – and this will reflect poorly on your overall chances.

Sherryjia,

These questions, as T26E4 said, are very personal! Stop worrying about wowing admissions officers, and unless it’s something you know is outrageously offensive (which I hope it wouldn’t be), write down something about which you’ve honestly changed your mind in the last 3 years. Hope that helps and best of luck!

This is a an excellent question which taps your ability to think critically and to reflect on yourself. In general, people who do that well, make for good citizens in a school community or the world beyond.

I would focus on areas that indicate personal growth, and/or a maturation of your thought processes.

Thank you, Keesh17. I did not really ask the answer for this question. I just confused by the question( the English). Thanks again.
