<p>Should we restate our awards in the Short Answer question if they’re already listed for the EC in the details section in Activities</p>
<p>In my case, I’ve put “All-League Honors” in my details and accomplishments of a Sport. Is it overkill to say that in my Short answer?</p>

<p>No don’t restate your award. What I did was describe in more detail what I did and what I learned from it.</p>
<p>I agree with ripemango. The essays are not a place for lists. You want to say <em>why</em> you are special, and All-League Honors doesn’t say that. Did your leadership pull the team out of a slump? Did participating improve your self-confidence?</p>
