<p>What did you guys write about in your short essays?</p>

<p>1) World Essay - I wrote about coming from two worlds and how I travel between them: Religion world and the Science world
2) Department Essay - Course 8…talked about Merovingian from Matrix and “Dreams of a Final Theory” by Steven Weinberg…and MIT OCW</p>

<p>3) Didn’t go according to plan Essay - I went to a math tournament without having eaten the previous day…we got meat for our math meet up…but I was a vegetarian…ended up not eating for 37 hours straight.
4) For Fun Activity Essay - Having a relationship with chess ;D…I created board games (they are the “offsprings”)
5) Creative Essay - About Playing a creative prank in COSMOS summer program once</p>

<p>Optional Essay - Talked about how my love for engineering developed by participating in an engineering competition…and we won.</p>

<p>Those do sound really nice, way better than mine at least. If you don’t mind, I would love to read number 5 (I was admitted EA, so no worries).</p>
