<p>Signed the petition…can’t even believe this is happening. That’s like taking a huge step backwards and it makes me angry to even think of. & Coexist2014, I’m a freshman BFA musical theatre major at Coastal, & I love it here. The class sizes for theater are all pretty small so there’s a lot of individual training. Feel free to PM me if you have questions</p>
<p>This whole situation just makes me sick. What is WRONG with these people? I’m sorry for the students and I’m also sorry for the faculty, many of whom are surely suffering too.</p>
<p>We just happened to visit Shorter the week before this news came out. Met with someone from the Theatre Dept. and heard some of the MT kids sing a song from their upcoming show. Tons of talent in the dept.!!—This whole situation is sad. Don’t know where this new president came from but I know we will not be considering Shorter!!</p>
