Should a person with no ambition or career interests continue going to College?

I’m asking this question because I’m really thinking about whether or not I should I continue my College education despite the fact I have no interest in it whatsoever. The only reason why I’m going to College is because my parents forced me to do so.

None of my College’s majors interest me and the worst part of the situation is the fact that my College does not let students attend it undecided.

I decided to choose English, I have no clue as to why but I did.

The fact remains, I’m wasting my parents’ money and my time doing something I have no interest in. I have no friends, none of the clubs interest me at all, and I can’t find a suitable college to transfer to.

I’m comfortable and I enjoy working, especially in offices (I’m about to start my third internship at a company real soon) but I thoroughly despise everything about college and everyone in it.

Be honest, should I really continue going to college?

No 10char.

If you can turn that internship into a full time offer without a degree, don’t continue college.

I will say that if you’re close to graduating, it’s probably best you stick with it. Even if you don’t like it, a degree is worth something.

I really hate this notion that all people “deserve” or should go to college. I vote you don’t continue; it’s a waste of your resources.

How close are you to graduating? Is this your two semesters, or do you still have three years to go?

You’re obviously not frating hard enough.

If you’re close to finishing, finish.

If it’s still early, take some time off. Quit p!ssing away money and start earning it.

There are thousands of colleges. Most of them will still be around if you decide you want to go back to school.
