Has he taken AP courses over the summer before? It is tough to remember material learned over the summer and take exams in May
He can do it, all AP Exam materails are available at Amazon.
Fortunately we knew the FAFSA change was coming and the two bears are not twins. The overlap will only be for one year. So, we won’t require other plans even with the double SAI. I will say that Cal has so far been cheaper than I had initially calculated. However, that has largely been due to S22’s own efforts.

Yes, individual spending habits, particularly if living in off-campus housing where there is greater variation in costs, can result in much lower or higher costs than the average used for listed cost of attendance.
