Should i Apply to CMU with 38 IB Predicted and 4.5/5 Weighted GPA for Computer Science Major regular decision, i will be able to pay for CMU’s tuition , International Student from Azerbaijan (No AP,SAT,ACT) IELTS 7.5

Awards: Semifinalist of Governmental Olimpiad (In math), Other 4 Prestigious awards in MUN(2 international awards)

By the way there is no unweighted gpa in our school

Your previous posts indicate that you are banking on money from your country and father.

Also, it was previously noted that you needed at least a 40 IB to be considered competitive. You have stated that the IB is “predicted”

You don’t have SAT scores, and are applying to an impacted major.
EC’s don’t make up for grades and test scores.

No one here really knows if you will get into a US university. You need to wait for decisions to come out.
