West Point is a tough call; do you expect a good recommendation from your congressional representative, or have strong military connections to support your admission? Stanford and Ivies are a reach with your current ACT score, unless you expect athletic recruitment. The Ivy League does not technically recruit athletes, but they will weigh strong prospects’ applications heavily. You would know by now if sports will be a significant “hook” for you. A score increase would help a lot, but you should build your list on who and what you are now. I would, therefore, suggest including some of the top test-optional colleges (e.g. Bowdoin, Wesleyan, et al) on your list. Your ACT score is the weakest element in an otherwise excellent resume.
