(Not trying to look for any hate just wondering what more could I do and what other factors are in play, thank you :))

I don’t think you should let anybody tell you not to apply to Ivy’s, to be completely honest there is nothing you can do to guarantee entry to an ivy. Your grades and EC’s and scores are about average maybe a bit under for Ivy’s but definitely will give you a shot. I personally have similar grades and scores a little bit higher (33 ACT) and I got denied from UPENN but in the end, we never know what the admissions counselors are looking for. As far as advice I would recommend taking some SAT subject tests and attempting to raise your score a little bit and continuing to be active in your community and extra curricular’s. No matter what ends up happening you obviously have worked hard in high school and will end up in a great program.

Grades ans scores are low BUT Slam poetry competition is very interesting and will differentiate you. Build a story around that uniqueness. Demonstrate it in your ECs, your LORs, your essays. Might catch their eye.

Thank you so much for your responses, If I retake the Sat, what score should I strive for to increase my chances?

Thank you for the slam poetry tip!

You should aim for at least a 1500 on the SAT, but a 1550+ would be better. Also try the ACT and get a 33+.
