<p>I think I have a decent college gpa, but I have not taken any leadership position or community service. Should I bother even applying to institutional scholarship? </p>
<p>For community service, can I say I help my fellow immigrants in their courseworkfor free? Because I have friends who can’t understand and write english well, so I help her with her coursework.</p>
