<p>Im a CA resident and i plan to go UCR or UCI. But i was wondering if i should bubble in the “undeclared” box since my last name is Ruiz. I’m a Phillipino Chinese but i was wondering if they’d think im Mexican and amp up my chances b/c Mexicans are a under represented race. Or does ethnicity not count for anything?</p>
