Should I call/e-mail?

<p>I know current GW students have said that it takes GW a while to make online updates about the parts of the application they’ve received… I’m just concerned because it says they’ve received my recommendation letter but not my transcript, even though they were sent out at the same time. Should I be worried? (They also say they haven’t gotten my test scores yet, but I rushed my ACT scores to them a week before the deadline.)</p>

<p>Also, if I do decide to contact them, is it better to call or e-mail? I know calling is probably better, but I always get nervous and end up sounding really spazzy on the phone…</p>

<p>I’ve called and e-mailed. Both were extremely helpful and fairly fast. Do one or the other to calm yourself…(I can say this because I’ve called about 4 times checking and making sure because I’m a spaz as well lol)</p>

<p>I’m a spaz on the phone as well so I decided to email. They reply fairly quickly and are very helpful.</p>
