Should I call UCR since they haven't update my award status yet?

<p>I had to send proof of my citizenship so I sent a copy of my naturalization. After a couple of weeks, my ucr portal is still the same with no update about my aid…</p>

<p>I’m really worried that I might not get or not get as much as I should have because of this…</p>

<p>Is it okay to call in? What should I tell them if I do?</p>

<p>Sometimes it takes awhile for the information to be entered at the school, but I would call. Your document could have been lost. Chances are, all is well … but I would still call.</p>
