Should I cancel sending my December Scores

Hi, I got a 28 on the december ACT. During the test I was very sick and was running on only a few hours of sleep.

First attempt, 28,
32 R
28 S
25 M
28 E
10 W (out of 12)
Anyhow, I got a 30 on my september test
35 R
32 S
27 M
26 E

This attempt I got a 28 December
29 R
30 S (I think)
27 M
26 E

I really studied hard for the MATH test and got a lot of perfect scores when studying. I guess it wasn’t my day for math.
Should I cancel this score for December for U of Michigan. I already got accepted with the 30 to the engineering program.

Yes, cancel the December score.

It is too late to cancel it now. The writing portion was already graded and sent. Should I send a email explaining what happened- sick during the test- to my admissions representative. I am somewhat concerned now.
