<p>My family’s house sits on one lot, and we have two seperate lots immediately surrounding the house. One of them has our pool in it. Should I count the value of all three lots as the house, or should I count the extra lots as other real estate holdings?</p>
<p>I would think it would count as part of your house. It is unlikely you would sell the pool on it’s own.</p>
