If I have the contact information of the Harvard regional dean of admissions ( the first application reader of my app), should I send her an email? I met her at a college visit.

If so, what type of thing should I ask her?

If so, what type of thing should I ask her?

Well, you would usually contact your interviewer with a “thank you for your time”, but I’m not sure about simply contacting the coordinator unless you have an actual question. Perhaps it could show how interested you are in the school, but with a school like Harvard who isn’t. Also, just because she is the dean of admissions may not necessarily mean anything to you, odds are, she won’t even see your application

You’re under the fallacy that she actually wants to know you. Sorry to be blunt but her job is to answer actual questions you otherwise can’t obtain elsewhere – not to be your insider buddy.

Otherwise, you’ll just appear to be a fawning person who wants to stand out. Trust me, you will – but in a bad way.

"f so, what type of thing should I ask her? " ---- you ask this because you think that your inquiries will make you seem more interested in Harvard. Again, you’re mistaken. They don’t care how interested you are.

Trust in your application, allow it to speak for you. Good luck
