I am taking the ACT again but I will not know my score by November 1st. I am not 100% certain about applying EA. I also plan on taking some SAT II Subject tests, but the scores wont make the deadline as well. What do you think I should do?

regular decision would be best.

Practice for ACT & retake it. Take SAT IIs (study for them!), keep your grades up, and apply RD. Being AA will help you, but you HAVE to raise your scores to have a chance.

I am also wondering whether I should do EA or not. If i have mediocre SATs (2010), OK grades, and good ECs, should I apply EA or do RD?

If you can improve your stats (higher scores, better grades 1st semester),- do it, and apply RD.

nothestereo… from a strategic point of view, RD Stanford would be the smartest for you. your stats aren’t quite SCEA material, but perhaps a different school’s EA/ED program. best of luck
