<p>On my applications to UMass Lowell, UMass Amherst, Suffolk University, Merrimack College and Northeastern University, I left off my application that I attended Massachusetts Girls State in the Summer of 2012-UMass Amherst and Suffolk gave me the okay and updated my applications, but UMass Lowell and Northeastern haven’t responded yet. Should I email them? I don’t want to be a pest but I feel like Girls State helps my application and I want them to consider it.</p>

<p>i disagree. these guys are humans. pester them too much, and they’ll look for reasons to reject u. if u emailed them, assume that that’s good enough. for all u know, hundreds or thousands of people could be emailing them like this and it takes time for them to get to ur email. so, just take a chill pill… and trust the system.</p>
