I’m obviously kicking myself now for it, but I was a HUGE slacker freshman year, and my freshman GPA reflects that.
But I’ve recovered since and my WGPA per year looks like 3.5/4.4/4.8. Though there’s are upward trend, I’m only in the top quarter of my class.
My test scores (1520 SAT) and EC’s are up to par with some of the top universities, but does my low class rank put me out of contention for my reach schools like Notre Dame, who seem to pride themselves in how much of their admitted class ranked in the top 10% of their HS class?
Also, should I even bother applying to my high reaches? (Cornell, Penn etc)
