Should I even take English Lang?

<p>I took the class as a senior this year, and I didn’t feel like I learned anything. Anyway, I had just wanted to just “self-study” with the Cliff’s book, but now I’m wondering if it’s worth taking. Most competitive colleges that I’m applying to don’t even grant credits for the test. (I’m applying to schools like NU, Rice, JHU, Cornell.)</p>

<p>So, is there a point in taking the exam if I can’t get college credit?</p>
