Planning on attending University of Washington next year.
Should I live in single rooms or shared rooms?
Please list advantages/disadvantages
Unless you know you like living with others, I would recommend a single. Privacy and avoiding potential roommate problems will outweigh any advantages, though I cant think of any.
Does the Univeristy of Washington have suites? I’d recommend that. You get the privacy and luxury of your own bedroom that you can lock and not have to share when you want, but you get the common living space and socialization so you don’t get too isolated and can befriend your suitemates and hallmates (easier to do when in a suite than a single).
