Should I mention a mental disorder?

I have clinically-diagnosed OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder). This was a difficulty during my pre-high school and freshman years. Since then, I have prevailed over it. I was wondering, given my stats, if I should mention it on my app?

If you think it's relevant, mention it. Don't just put it in for the sake of putting it in, though. And I agree, ask your GC (if you're on break, just email him/her)
