My brother was diagnosed with ADHD and he finds school quite difficult (whereas I was the salutatorian of my graduating class). Essentially, I have learned all of his material along with him since tenth grade. I help him prepare for tests, essays, and I give him free tutoring quite often.

Because it takes a lot of time and effort to manage someone’s schooling, I am wondering if I should mention this to admissions (I am transferring universities). It is certainly more difficult than being the president of a club (which I am), but it may not look as impressive. What do you think?
