I am registered to take the SAT I on May 2; however, I feel far from prepared. On previous occasions I got 650W (essay: 8) 530CR 740M and 660W 510CR 780M. If I take it again in May, I want to get at least a 650+W, 600+CR, and 800M. On my latest mock tests (Princeton Review’s 11 Practice Tests) I got ~640-660W, ~540-560CR, and a consistent 800M.
Is it really true that colleges don’t like applicants who took the SAT more than 3 times? Should I just take the test and kiss the SAT goodbye?
