Should I only turn in my 34 ACT, or both my ACT and my 1490 SAT?

Title says it all! This is for Swarthmore and UPenn and a couple of my other choice universities. I understand that my 34 is higher than a 1490 on the SAT but do colleges prefer if both are sent?
