Should I put my race and parent's income when I register for the SAT?

So I identify myself as Asian and my parents’ income combined is $140,000. Also both my parents have a doctorate degree.
I feel like if I put that information when I register for the SAT, it could be in the way of my acceptance to a college.
Because there’s a choice that I can omit that information, should I? Or should I keep it?

Tbh, the SAT doesn’t need that info – colleges do, but the CollegeBoard does not. I’d keep it to yourself for now.

If possible, avoid acknowledging your parents’ doctorates, period. It will bias the adcom’s impression of your achievements. They will expect u to achieve more in the context of your parents education.

The 140k isn’t a big deal.

Asian+Parents’ doctorates+$140,000 = Massive bias.

The OP’s last name likely precludes him/her from not revealing race. The only think OP can downplay is parents’ education.
