Should I raise my SAT composite or subject test scores?

The dream school I’m applying to is Cal Tech. I have a 99 GPA and am ranked 10 in my class at a medical magnet high school. My SAT composite score in October this year was a 2020. In January this year I took the Biology subject test (score: 660) and Math 2 (score: 570). I know they’re pretty low for a Cal Tech applicant, but I’m not sure whether I should raise the SAT or the subject tests scores.

Does cal tech accept the January score? If so, you can take subjects and the regular SAT in the next 2 test dates!
