He got the confirmation sheet and the fin-aid letter to our parents, etc. but I only got an information packet. Should I resubmit the pre-app?</p>
<p>You should contact the admission office by phone and ask to speak to your regional admissions officer or someone who can answer a question about your application file. Ask him/her if they have opened up an admissions file for you. Then if they haven’t, and it is not past the admission deadline, then ask if you should resubmit your applicaton. You want to avoid having 2 files opened for you by mistake. This happened to my son at a few colleges last year, and it was a nightmare trying to consolidate all the documents into one folder so his application could be reviewed.</p>
