Should I retake? (planning to apply to MIT, other ivys…) most likely STEM major
My rule is to always retake unless you absolutely can’t, because your score will most likely go up. Plus only one subject test isn’t that long.
Your math and Chem are amazing though!

Yes, retake! Especially for STEM/MIT. Get that 800!
Take it again! An 800 looks very good, actually a 780+ looks quite good too. I got an 800, after studying for AP Physics 1, using the Barron’s prep book for the Subject test.
