Should I retake College Writing at community college?

I received 2 on English Language and Compostition…
I’m deciding whether or not take College Writing (100? I think…) at Community College next year…
I received 5 on 4 other subjects,
But English -> EPIC FAIL…

The colleges I’m trying to apply this year are
DUKE
COLUMBIA
MIT
STANFORD
CORNELL
RICE
UCLA
UCSD
UCB

For senior year, I take
AP BIO, LIT, COMPSCI, EURO, and online Gov/Econ (semester each) and Spanish 3

I was thinking about taking Micro/Macro Economics (since we don’t have APs) at community college, but someone recommended me to take English instead…

Do you guys think retaking the class would show my effort to learn English? (came to America 2.5 years ago)
Or only be a representation of my failure on AP test?
If I should take it, do you think it will be too much work along with AP LIT??
Give me a best advice…

Take Econ at CC (even though we do have econ regular for one semester)

Take English Writing at CC

Take both at CC

Abandon both and take something else like GENERAL PHYSICS at CC

see if you can re-take the language test next year. a lot of seniors at my school take both lit and language tests if their first score is too low to be accepted at their college. the second year of english could really help.
