Should I retake my SAT if Im going to transfer after my first year?

I am thinking of transferring to a different college after my first year. I’ve heard that your high school record will still be taken into account if you do so after the first year. Here’s my stat:

GPA: 3.63 uw (6 APs)
SAT: 1900
SAT 2: 780 math 2c
Extracurricular Activity:

  • Taekwondo (4years)
  • Varsity Debate (2years)
  • MUN (2 years)
  • Webcomics (2 years)
  • Research (4 years)
  • Fundraising (2 years)

Should I retake my SAT and SAT 2 or just leave it as it is? Thank You~

Colleges won’t consider an SAT taken while you are in college. It’s a test for HSers.
