I’m thinking of studying something business-related in the Northeast-- aiming for schools like NYU (probably as my reach school? I have no idea; kind of clueless & mostly aiming to save money w/college). Stats are:
My unweighted GPA is 91.57, weighted is 95.14.
5 in APUSH and AP Lang, and 4 in CompSci.
Extracurriculars are meh, officer for 2 years of the international club, part of the mock trial club, some awards for model UN (and I’m chairing a committee this year). Volunteered for the library from 7th grade until 11th, hopefully will get more volunteer hours in.
I also have scholastic awards for writing, though I have no idea if these are worth anything.
My SATII scores are 780 (lit), 710 (US History), 720 (Math 2), and 680 (Spanish), with a superscored SAT of 2310. I’m thinking I should retake the US History and Math 2 to aim above 750, but I’m pretty reluctant to do so considering I’d have to study everything all over again, but I feel like I should if SATIIs have a big impact on acceptances. Help is much appreciated!
