I took the October 2017 SAT for the first time and scored a 1510 (790 for math, 720 for English) and an 8|6|8 on the essay. I want to be competitive for the Ivy Leagues, UC Berkeley, and MIT. Should I retake the SAT multiple choice section? When should I retake it? The March one is during school which is hard to study for but I’m afraid if I wait too long I’ll forget the information I studied. Also, how should I try to boost my SAT score? Thank you!!
