I really need some advice, not sure what my best option is.

I transferred to a university this semester. A year ago, at community college, I took precalc. At my school, it was a three quarter class, but I only took the first quarter. I have never taken trigonometry, that was to be included in the later precalc’s that I didn’t take.

I took a math placement, and it gave me a list of six courses I could take, one was Precalc 1 (the class I already took, and the only prereq to calc), the other was Calculus of Life and Management Sciences, which is the class I need. Should I retake precalc as a refresher or take calc and wish for the best? I’ve always gotten A’s and B’s in math.
