<p>Hey folks, I’m a Junior in Saudi Arabia right now.</p>
<p>I took the SAT in May and got the following:
690 Critical Reading
630 Math
800 Writing
For a composite score of 2120.</p>
<p>I then took it in June, and got the following:
800 Critical Reading
690 Math
710 Writing
For a composite score of 2200.</p>
<p>Is it worth re-taking the SAT in October? Mind you that I’m Canadian and very few of our universities accept the concept of super-scoring.</p>

<p>And not worth retake if you’re not aiming for a math oriented domain, in my opinion.</p>
<p>The May international CR section was a lot more harder than June.</p>

<p>Because a your Math section’s score is the worst score. You might wanna change that if you wanna impress top notch uni’s (again if you wanna pursue a math oriented domain )</p>
<p>And remember SAT isn’t everything those admission guys see of course.
Weigh your options, and only you can decide if it’s worth retaking or not.</p>
<p>My personal opinion, like I formerly said, if you are not counting on your Math score for a Math oriented domain, than not worth it.</p>

<p>If you’re planning on applying to Canadian schools, your scores are plenty good enough.</p>

<p>I wouldn’t say that there is a “Canadian Harvard.” At my high school (Ontario), there are a fair amount of students going to each Canadian school, and while McGill, Western, U of T, and Queen’s are slightly more prestigious than other schools, it isn’t overly challenging to get in, so long as your marks are decently high. In Canada, instead of being accepted to a school, you’re accepted into a specific program. Unless you’re looking at a super competitive program, you have nothing to worry about.</p>
