Should I retake the SAT?

I recieved the OCT 3 sat results today. My scores are 720CR/800M/660WR (2180 ) . My previous Sat scores were 770CR/690M/620WR (2070) (For superscoring). I am an International (Indian) student aiming for cornell, caltech, princeton and a few other top colleges (Applying for 100% aid). I checked the average (25 percentile/75 percentile scores) of most of these collleges and found that the scores were around 700-800.

My question is: Is it worth taking the SAT again to improve my writing scores and is there time for doing so? (I am a senior student and I am taking the subject SATs in november, so I will have to take the SAT in december)

Thank you in advance

I also want to add that I plan to take mainly science/engineering courses.

A response would be really appreciated.

This is a tough one. Considering that you’re an international student AND applying for aid, if I were in your position, I would have one last try at the SAT to boost the score to 2300+. I’ve heard that people have had great results using Erica Meltzer’s Ultimate Guide to SAT Grammar. (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/1173896-ultimate-guide-to-sat-grammar-by-erica-meltzer-book-review.html)
I’m not an expert though, so don’t take this advice too seriously.

Update: I scored 2400 in SAT II (Physics,Chem,Math level 2)

for caltech and princeton a 2300+ would help.
