Should I retake the SAT?

First of all I want to say thanks for the time you took to read this post. Your input is appreciated!
I have taken the SAT twice in the last two months, and I am not sure if I should take it again in January for the final administration of the current SAT. I want to major in History with a minor in English. Secondary education isn’t out of the question. I have my eyes on one of the top private universities in my state-I’m aiming for a presidential scholarship. My numbers are definitely comparable there- i think I have a decent shot. I would like to apply to a few of the “southern Ivy League” schools like Duke, Vanderbilt, Georgetown, etc. I am also pursuing admission to one of the Ivy League schools, probably Brown or Dartmouth. I am not sure if I should just be satisfied with these scores-I think my math needs to be higher. Here are my scores, and thanks again for your time!
SAT November Junior year
Math: 640
Critical Reading: 720
Writing: 720
Essay: 9
Composite: 2080

SAT December Junior year
Math: 650
Critical Reading: 720
Writing: 800
Essay: 10
Composite: 2170

If you want to be competitive for those schools, having a higher score will help.
2170 isn’t bad, but many people have a higher score. The most obvious way for you to get up is to improve your math, but you will have to prepare really hard-aim for perfection. The SAT level math should be do-able even for history majors lol.
