Should I Retake...

I don’t know what kind of need there is for teachers in FL and GA, but I know you could get a job easily without a masters around here (I’m from MD). But you’d be forced to get it eventually and having it allows you to earn more money. My mom and sis are teachers, so I know a little bit about the demand.
And about getting a life, I didn’t mean you should start partying every weekend, because it doesn’t really sound like you have the time. It may not be glamorous or wildly exciting, but going to school, work, and church, that’s a life. Just ease up the tunnel vision on getting a 4.0 in school :)

Yeah, you will get a job as a teacher, 4.0 or not. The demand is definitely there.

You don’t need your masters to be an elementary teacher in FL. You don’t need to know Spanish unless you plan on teaching ESOL. And, if you have too much education they might pass you on account of your age, it’s best to get the job first and then get your masters. And Florida needs teachers bad.

Yeah, I have relatives in Florida and whenever I go there and read the newspapers that is always a big issue: lack of teachers.
