Hello! I am a rising senior who will be applying to college this fall. Could someone please give me advice as to if I should self-report my scores to these colleges? All these schools have gone test optional for ACT/SAT.

I wouldn’t report the 3 in LIT. As far as ACT, I have heard that you should be at least above the average to consider reporting. That would probably mean a no for most of those schools.
With the guideline of being average or above, and using the ACT’s concordance with the SAT data I’ve compiled from CDS and IPEDS, I’d say UNC (right on the borderline) and UT-Austin are the only ones to submit.
Send all 4s and 5s for AP tests.
Have you got any match and safety schools? You should also check that these scores don’t appear on your transcript, as is the case with some schools.
A college being test-optional is different from accepting self-reported scores. If you choose to report your ACT, take care to look at how each college accepts test scores. Some may want an official report in order to consider your ACT score. Not all colleges accept self-reported ACT scores even if they are test-optional. Check their websites for this info.
AP scores are different. You can self-report those for almost all schools.
