Should I send my SAT or ACT score?

I want to know which score I should send to which schools since I really want to avoid sending both scores to save money.
I don’t mind sending only the ACT to some and only the SAT to the others.
SAT: 700 (CR) | 710 (M) | 710 (W)
ACT: 32 (Composite) | 32 (English) | 33 (Math) | 35 (Reading) | 29 (Science) | 8/12 (W)
I dislike my science score as I’m planning to major in the sciences. Also my ACT writing score isn’t too great. If I send this do you think it will hurt me?

Which score should I send to these colleges?:

Northeastern University
Harvard University
University of Rochester
Boston University
Tufts University
SUNY Binghamton
SUNY Albany
SUNY Stonybrook
Villanova University
University of Pittsburgh

Temple University (I will send in my ACT score for the full tuition.)
Cornell University (I’ve already sent both SAT and ACT scores here.)

Thanks in advance.

They are essentially the same score. https://www.act.org/aap/concordance/estimate.html Send the one you want.

The ACT science score does not assess aptitude in science at all. The science subscore is the least reliable of the subscores. It only adds noise to the Composite. If you had to get a 29, that is the least damaging to get it in.
