SHOULD I SEND MY SCORES

I am applying to brown ED and am wondering if my scores will help or hurt my application. I have a 1440 superstore, which is Brown’s 25th percentile.
I have a 3.92 UW gpa, 4.75 W GPA, and am in the top 2 percent of my class (11/700).
I have taken a 9 AP classes, plus an addition 5 this year, but do not have stellar AP scores, (I am probably not going to send my bad scores (I have a couple 5s, a couple 4’s, 3 3’s, and 2 and a 1)

I believe my extracurriculars are good and my supplements and letters of rec are also good, and am wondering if my score is worth sending.

I would personally not recommend it if you’re applying for STEM/Engineering, as these admits tend to have higher stats than the rest of the applicant pool.

Do not send the 2 and the 1. I wouldn’t submit the 3s, especially if in your field of interest. However, that does mean you’ll only have 4 AP tests out of 9 tests, which could potentially raise eyebrows if only in the less rigorous AP courses you’ve taken (Psych, Environmental Science, HUG etc.)

Hope that helps!

Thanks! If I sent my 3’s that would mean I would be sending 7/9 tests. Also- I am applying as an Urban Studies major. Does this change what you think?
