Should I Submit High-Low ACTs or Overall Average ACTs?

So I’m in a bit of an interesting situation. The scores I received today are both the highest of high and the lowest of low and my old spores are average at best. As a humanities lover/potential English major, a low math score isn’t the end of the world, but as a natural sciences lover/potential Environmental Studies major, I’m afraid my science score might hurt my chances at competitive colleges. I’m wondering which you would submit to colleges, assuming ACTs aren’t superscored and assuming I cannot take the test again? The high-low score or the average score?
My September ACT scores are as follows:
English- 35
Math- 26
Reading- 36
Science- 25
Composite- 31

My old ACT scores are as follows:
English- 32
Math- 29
Reading- 30
Science- 28
Composite- 30

Bump

Submit both.
