I’m applying early to a few schools (including some top schools) for business. I have a 4.0 UW GPA (my school doesn’t have weighted), pretty strong EC’s, and strong supplementals. However my SAT score is a 1430. Should I still submit it since I got a 760 in math?

What is the average SAT for your school? Admissions officers will look at your SAT in the context of your school.
