Should I submit my mid AP scores to Harvard?

So I live in an underdeveloped country in South America and my school is called american
international school, but it doesn’t give AP classes. I self-studied all the tests with khan academy and prep books, and took AP Biology in 10th grade and got 4. And in 11th grade I took AP Chemistry and AP Computer Science Principles, which I got 3 for both. Since I want to major in chemistry, I thought three in ap chem and ap csp would have a negative influence on my application. But should I submit my AP Bio score? I am applying to Harvard’s restrictive early action.
