Should I submit SAT to USC?

I have a 3.99 gpa and 1400 sat (710 w/r 690 math) should I submit to usc? I saw that the average is 1440, i’m worried that not submitting would make them think I got in the 1200s or something.

Thanks!

Edit. Thx to @college24x2 for the fact check.

With a 10% acceptance rate, it’s an unlikely admit anyway - but I’d lean to not submitting.

Of course, those they admit had a 1460 (at the 25th percent). 1430 was the applicants.

Either way, it’s going to be a very tough admit for you (no score isn’t good and low score isn’t good) - so go with your gut and take a chance.

Are you a current junior looking to apply next year? If so, have you considered taking the test again to see if you can raise your score?

What major/school are you considering?

I am confused at where you’re getting your numbers. When I look at the most recent University of Southern California CDS, I see that 50% total submitted (34% SAT and 16% ACT). Where are you getting 110%?

I’m just trying to understand what I am missing?

Oyyyyyyyyyyy

Big face plant.

What I was looking at showed 1360 too which seemed too low. Clearly I was looking at something else.

Thanks for the correction. And then to OP a definite (90%) no on submittal.

My bad and thank you for correcting me.

No problem! I was just very confused because DC had a similar question as OP with a mid-1400s SAT score (And did not submit).
