last time I took my act test I started to freak out on the math portion and I tried to cheat and got sent home. I was thinking of taking the acts again in september or maybe a prep course before that to improve on my math. However as I tried searching for prep courses, to do this summer , i know its a little bit costly. I have no idea on what to do.

Well it depends on your score. You should not have cheated. Even if you did bad, you could have just retried another time. Never cheat!

To be honest, if you know what you are doing (as in getting a 24+ without studying), then a prep course is useless. Rather, a prep book or two is more useful. And PRACTICE TESTS…Lots of them

Since you freaked out on the math section, you would of probably freaked out on the science too then. I would suggest a prep course. Of course, if you are able to teach yourself as well as a teacher, then just skip to the prep book.
