Should I take it again?

I have taken the SAT Reasoning Test twice already. Here is how I have done:

October '06:
CR: 600
Math: 770
Writing: 700
Total: 2070

March '07:
CR: 650
Math: 720
Writing: 770
Total: 2140

Composite: 2190

Now I have a few questions. 1) How important is the 2200 threshold. Worth taking it again? 2) Is it worth it to take it again just to bring up CR (I may be able to bring up the other 2 but I am going to focus on CR)?

Obviously, I would have to take it in October if I were to take it again. I also plan on taking the SAT Subject Test in Chemistry in the fall.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks! =)

btw, these are some of the schools that I am looking at:

University of Pennsylvania
Cornell University
Johns Hopkins University
University of Chicago
Boston College
Washington University in St. Louis
Lehigh University
Villanova University
Georgetown University
Northwestern University
Marist College (safety)
The College of New Jersey (safety)

not reallly…i think you’re fine

Retaking may be worthwhile, if you are applying to highly selective colleges.

No. Stop obsessing. Relax.

well another thing that worries me is that my old scoring comes out to only a 1420.

Worry? ONLY? Think about it. Twice is fine. Three times is going off the deep end.

Go on a trip. Do something fun. RELAX. You can’t worry your whole life. You’ll get high blood pressure if you keep this worrying up. Is it really worth it?
