Hi! I’m an international student and I’m contemplating on taking the SAT Math Level 2 subject test. I took a Calculus course in a premier state university in my country (Elementary Analysis I) and received a grade of B. Can this be enough proof for my academic abilities, or should I still take the Math 2 subject test?
If the college requires Subject Tests, then they require Subject Tests. With the exception on NYU (with potentially more jumping on board soon) which allows AP exams in lieu of Subject Tests, no college that requires Subjects Tests allows substitutions.
Now if the college does not require Subject Tests, which is the vast majority, then you don’t need to take.
