Hello all!
I’m planning on applying Early Action to five Texas schools (Baylor, SMU, TCU, UNT, Trinity) as a music education and piano performance major. So far, I’ve taken the SAT three times. Highest subsection scores, R: 740, W:800, M:650. I would love to raise my math score, but I did really badly the third time in math and I’m beginning to sense that no more amount of study is going trump my natural ability or lack thereof. I’m already in the door to qualify for two full scholarships. Do you think I should take the ACT in hopes of getting a better score? It’s such a different formant and so close to my senior year that I don’t relish the idea, but I’m willing to do what I can to get more firmly in the door. Any ideas?

your sub score is great. you could take the ACT to see if you would do better but dont waste your time studying for it. your score is great/
